Union Performance is a structured training system, not a class-based gym. There are no group start times, no waiting for an instructor, and no fighting for a spot. You walk in on your schedule, follow the screen-based programming, and train. The system is designed so that everything — the thinking, the programming, the structure — is already done. Your only job is to show up and execute.
Your First Session: You walk in, check the screen, and your session is laid out. It starts with targeted mobility and activation work to prepare your body, then moves into the day’s main programming. Every movement is displayed with clear instruction — what to do, how to do it, and in what order. You train at your own pace, follow the system, and leave when you’re done. There’s no awkward first day. No mandatory orientation class. No standing around wondering what to do next. The system is designed to be intuitive from your first visit.
The Weekly Structure: Every week at Union Performance is programmed with intention. Across five sessions, you move through a complete training system: strength, conditioning, core, mobility, and functional cardio. No single session tries to do everything — but over the course of the week, nothing gets missed.
You don’t need to come every day. However many days you show up, the programming delivers a complete picture. Three days a week, four days, five — the system works at every frequency because each session is valuable on its own and part of a larger structure. You never have to wonder what you missed or try to make up for a skipped day.
The Screen-Based System: The programming at Union Performance is designed in advance and displayed on screens throughout the facility. Every session is written, structured, and updated on a planned cycle. You don’t need a coach standing next to you. You don’t need to memorize anything. You don’t need to build your own workout or wonder if you’re doing enough. The system removes the decision fatigue so you can focus entirely on execution. The programming is scalable to any level. The movements and structure are the same for everyone. The weight, the intensity, and the modifications are up to you. A 35-year-old former athlete and a 55-year-old training seriously for the first time can follow the same session and each get exactly what they need.
